Hello, I am new here. I would be happy if someone could give me an advice. I have a 2001 Ulysse 2.0 JTD EL engine. The turbo works only when I drive at 1900 Revs for a while; that seems to build the vacuum needed for the turbo to engage. Then the vacuum is depleted and the turbo stops working.
A vacuum leak? Does anyone have an idea about a most likely place for this to occur?
Does a faulty EGR have anything to do with this problem?
Or one of the three valves which are connected to a black box very near the front?
